~Dry-Aged Pork Chop rubbed with cumin and ancho chile powder, slow-roasted,
and finished on the grill. Served over roasted garlic smashed potatoes,
grilled asparagus, topped with a toasted corn-pecan bacon cilantro sauté
broth and drizzled with balsamic reduction.
