~12 oz. Pork Chop dusted with a spicy paprika rub, lightly smoked, and
finished on the grill. Served over roasted garlic smashed potatoes, grilled
asparagus, topped with a pecan bacon-avocado cream sauce, and garnished with
fried leeks.
