Pork Tenderloin

~Berkshire Pork Tenderloin basted with an orange-cumin glaze, slow roasted,
and finished on the grill. Served over a smoked Anaheim pepper béchamel,
roasted garlic smashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. Garnished with a
piquillo pepper-fried leek relish.
