French Cut Pork Chop

~12 oz. Pork Chop basted in an ancho butter, slow roasted, and finished on
the grill. Served over roasted garlic smashed potatoes, grilled asparagus,
and topped with a wild mushroom-piquillo-goat cheese sauce.
