French-Cut Pork Chop

~12 oz. Pork chop dusted with cumin and coriander, slow roasted, and
finished on the grill. Served over roasted garlic smashed potatoes with
grilled asparagus, and then topped with Creole broth and a pecan bacon-lump
crab relish.
