French-Cut Pork Chop

~12 oz. Pork Chop dusted with cumin and coriander, slow roasted, finished on
the grill. Served over roasted garlic smashed potatoes, grilled asparagus,
and an avocado cream sauce. Topped with caramelized bell peppers then
garnished with creole seasoned toasted pistachios.
