French-Cut Pork Chop

~12 oz. Pork Chop dusted with spicy paprika rub, slow roasted, and finished
on the grill. Served over roasted garlic smashed potatoes with grilled
zucchini, and topped with sautéed lump crab and bacon, garnished with a
dollop of hollandaise.
