Rack of Lamb

~ Frenched Rack of Lamb basted with balsamic-dijon olive oil, slow roasted, and
finished on the grill. Served over Cabernet pistachio demi-glace, chevre smashed
potatoes, grilled asparagus, and topped with a mint chimichurri .
