        Rack of Lamb

~ Frenched Rack of Lamb basted with thyme-rosemary olive oil, slow roasted, and finished on the grill. Served over sauce romesco, chevre smashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and topped with arugula-mint-pistachio salad tossed in lemon-dijon vinaigrette.
