French-Cut Pork Chop

~12 oz. Pork chop dusted with a smoked paprika rub, slow roasted, and
finished on the grill. Served over roasted garlic smashed potatoes, grilled
asparagus, and topped with caramelized onion-wild mushroom goat cheese
sauce. Garnished with fresh mixed herbs.
