French-Cut Pork Chop

~12 oz. Pork Chop basted with sage-garlic butter, lightly smoked, and
finished on the grill. Served over smashed sweet potatoes with grilled
asparagus, and topped with a mixed apple-pecan bacon slaw, candied walnut
crumbles, and drizzled with smoked Dijon vinaigrette.
