~12 oz dry aged ribeye chop basted with a thyme sage olive oil, slow
roasted, chargrilled, served over a Gran Marnier demi glace, roasted garlic
chevre smashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and topped with a lobster-maitake
mushroom sauté.
