~Chili and cornmeal dusted pan seared wahoo with roasted maitake mushroom cluster served over a sweet corn, pecan smoked bacon, leek and smoked red pepper saute. Finished with a sun-dried tomato and ancho vinaigrette and piccalilli farm pea shoots.
