~Oven roasted lobster tail stuffed with gulf snapper & yellowtail jack topped with kale sauce verte and pan seared scallop over fried yukon-corn hash. Served with roasted garlic aioli, brown butter-saffron breadcrumbs and a smoked red pepper veloute.
