~Proscuitto wrapped roasted monkfish served over a fried kennebec potato, grilled asparagus and sauce maltaise. Served with fresh arugula-crab salad tossed with prosecco soaked fennel and pickled red onion in a mint-walnut gremolata. Finished with local bee pollen.
